We are looking for an individual to join our team as Operations Assistant. This role requires a resourceful, motivated and results-oriented professional with previous experience in operations, administrative work and event planning, to provide support in the day-to-day Forum operations and in the implementation of a variety of Forum projects. The Operations Assistant will report to the Senior Lead of Programs or his designates, the Lead of Operations and the Lead of Special Projects, while also working closely with the entire staff team and interacting with a variety of internal and external partners, collaborators, suppliers and consultants.
