Ileana manages the implementation of our business plan and programs by overseeing our operations and staff team, supporting our committees, and assisting the Forum Director in developing our network of stakeholders and partners. She brings 17 years of experience in strategic planning, business innovation, development of partnership networks, and implementation of large multi-faceted programs. She has held various senior executive and management positions with healthcare organizations in Canada and Europe. A physician by training, Ileana graduated from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Bucharest in 1991.
